Toby (Dalton) at four months

Dalton, now Toby, is doing great. In a nutshell, Toby is wonderful! He’s growing so much, especially getting “leggy”. He is going to be a big boy! He is still so sweet, and he’s friendly to all human and canine visitors. He is also pretty spunky and fun-loving, and he just loves water. Potty training is going fairly well. It was hard with relatives in and out, and kids home from school. This week, we’re starting to get into a more constant routine. However, he’s doing great with his other training – sit, wait, lay down and come. He’s pretty much got these down.

He has an umbilical hernia, like one of the other pups I read about on Rosewood’s website. We plan to have it corrected when neutered – his vet is not concerned about it.

It’s hard to convey how special Toby is in a few quick sentences, but I hope this gives you a general impression.
